On the lower floor there's a fully equipped kitchen with w/machine, 4 ring hob, oven, fridge, kettle, microwave, iron, & ironing board, plenty of pots, pans and cutlery. Lounge with 2 sofas, satellite TV (BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, C4 & more). Table & chairs to seat 4. Full bathroom with wc, wash-hand basin, bath with overhead shower. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms - 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower-room & wc. Twin bedroom. A z-bed can be added to this room if wanted (z-bed only suitable for children). Small balcony with patio table & chairs with views of the mountains, looking over Los Cristianos and down to the sea in the distance. The apartment has a safety deposit box (payable locally), hairdryer. Travel cot and highchair are available on request. All bed linen and towels (not beach towels) are provided and changed on a weekly basis (please refer to owners for long lets). The apartment is cleaned prior to arrival and on departure. The complex has a large heated pool, sunbeds and sun shades. Children's pool area. Pool bar/restaurant. 24 hour Reception. Lifts to the 8th floor. Tennis court. Some off-road parking and plenty of parking bays outside complex. The complex is on a hill, a 20-25 minute stroll to the seafront and centre of Los Cristianos. However, there are a variety of bars, restaurants and cafes on your doorstep if you don't fancy a walk right into the centre of town. A supermarket is just across the road. The apartment itself is on the 9th floor of the complex (top floor). The lift goes to the 8th floor and then there's a walkway, up 16 steps, and along the walkway before you reach the apartment. Activities in the area: Golden sandy beaches. Harbour. Boat trips. Water sports. Water park/Siam Park. Golf courses.
