Winter Gardens is a luxury apartment complex located in Golf del Sur, Tenerife. Built around the all weather floodlit international bowling green, free use of residents swimming pool, which is excellent to sit and relax by and is fully enclosed, bar, bistro & restaurant are conveniently located within complex. The key to the pool area is supplied with the apartment.
Bed linen and towels are provided for personal use.
The whole complex is beautifully landscaped and all areas are accessible by ramps making it both buggy and wheelchair friendly. There is an elevator within the apartment complex. The apartment complex is easily accessible from Tenerife South Airport (Sur Reina Sofia) - 10 minutes travel time.
All rentals exclude cleaning of the apartment at the end of the rental period, which is payable upon arrival when collecting the keys - (approx 80 euros, depending on requirements, full details can be given upon request).
Golf del Sur
The resort of Golf del Sur, built around a golf course and located in southern Tenerife in the district of Arona. A regular bus service operates between Golf del Sur to the nearby resorts of Los Christianos and Playa de las Americas. There is also a bus service to the islands capital Santa Cruz.
Local Facilities
Just across from the bottom of the Winter Gardens apartments is a row of shops and a superb range fo restaurants. There are a few supermarkets nearby where you can stock up on local and home produce. A short walk from this area will lead you down to the marina and small beach area. Pharmacy is located nearby in the small fishing village of Los Abrigos and a Doctor is avaialble at close-by in San Blas. Soft play area is also located beside McDonalds around 1.66km from the apartment. Car Hire is available close-by at very competitive rates.
Close by is the area known as San Blas, offering excellent 'al fresco' dining and nightly entertainment.
Smoking is only permitted on the balcony area of the apartment and guests are asked kindly to respect this.
